Athletics and exercise have always been a large part of my life. I started playing baseball when I was four years old, along with skiing in the winter at the same age. I also played football starting when I was eight. I played sports all the way until I graduated high school! During that time, I began to weight train on occasion in preparation for my seasons. During my senior year was when I really began seeing the importance of resistance training, which sparked my interest in pursuing a degree in Exercise Science.

The more time I dedicated to exercise, the more I fell in love with it. It was not only the physical changes that I liked the most, but the mental clarity it gave me. I found myself happier and more productive than ever before.

During my first semester at Liberty University, I knew that I wanted to be a personal trainer. I had a passion for fitness and a passion for helping others. My goal is to help and guide others to find the passion for a healthy lifestyle!
