    Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance, and coordination with a class that focuses on strength, movement, and balance. All fitness levels.

  • Cycle

    Enjoy an “outdoor bike ride” year round! This class uses music to simulate traveling on flat roads, climbing hills, sprinting, and jumps.

  • HIIT Squad

    This class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout, increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves.

    High intensity cardiovascular water class. Take your H20 exercise to the next level!

  • Low Impact Cardio Party

    Join a cardio workout that is fun and easy to follow. Burn calories in this joint friendly, cardio-sculpt class.
